Born from the grit and smoke of the Rust Belt, our sandwiches are a tribute to Old World comfort. We serve unique, open-faced sandwiches that are warm, rugged, and Unapologetically Cleveland. These sandwiches didn't come from a standard playbook. We took a simple idea and pushed it further.

Open-faced sandwiches on long bread. Inspired by the Polish street food Zapiekanka., we took regional comfort food and applied our own street food flare. Bold, Unique, Different.
These sandwiches are built on 12 inch Italian bread and are made for real hunger and are definitely not your average deli stack.
Some things have to burn down before they can be rebuilt into a better version. We took a simple idea and pushed it further. Regional comfort. Personal flare.
